Yes amazingly! I love this stuff if I cant find mine in the next few weeks it will be a repurchase. My sister noticed the difference while I was wearing it. I think one of the best things you can do is try it out put some on in the store see if you like it then go back and buy it.

I've heard good things about this. How big are 'big' pores, though? I mean, do some people just have really massive ones, or are people just really self-conscious? I don't find that mine are really that noticeable.

I have big pores near my eyebrows and right around my nose. I find that when I wear make up it can get in there and look a little beady on myself. This stuff helps keep that at bay for me. I enjoy eyeshadows so thats my guilty pleasure. So when it make big purchases other then eye shadows its more for the need of it.

Good product (not the new formula, get the Original) but THE WORST customer service EVER. They also have pretty shady billing etc.
Example: Shipping me products I didn't order, then making me pay for shipping back and shipping for the correct products.
#2: Purchased it the first time because the special on TV said free overnight... 7 days later it never came... Called Proactiv and had 3 reps swear up and down that they NEVER overnight packages and do not offer that shipping option... Got my package 3 days later, and the shipping label says in big bold letters OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ......

Um. Sounds incredibly sleazy. I mean, that's just bad - I wouldn't stand for it. Is there any way to order Proactiv from another retailer? If not, I know there are other good acne medications out there...I wish I could remember them, but (un)fortunately I'm not acne-prone. I know back in high school, I had a friend who used Accutane, which I believe is prescription - not sure how well it works.

@cachecache they now offer proactive in like 4 formulas - original/classic, microcrystal, gentle formula, and "extra" strength... I hear original is still the only good one. Unfortunately, they keep frickin sending me the new microcrystal which does nothing for my skin... >:(

@heiditron I will have to look it up... it's almost worth trying to make my own since the people at proactiv cant even ship the right product... i think all the $ I've spent shipping things back to them, to me, back to them etc. in total cost more than 2 full sized 3 step proactiv kits... Ugh so frustrating.

@amyuhrich accutane was the first thing I wanted to try, but my dermatologist was against it. Apparently it's more for sever/cystic acne, and can take a toll on your body etc. I only get minor break outs from time to time, and proactiv (a few years ago) worked really well for me.

@wendytung I see. Yeah, my poor friend had more severe acne back then. Honestly, if you've spent that much money sending returns, it sounds like Proactiv is trying to rip you off on purpose.

in the future, if you still like this product, just order it off of amazon.com or go to a mall kiosk instead of going through the actual company. :) My sister ordered hers too and it was a big hassle.
Proactiv is bad for your skin though- it produces very nice immediate results but the high concentrations of benzyl peroxide makes skin age prematurely. Stick to something a little more gentle if you can, for your skin's sake.

@beverlynoelle I got this online at sephora.com a little over a week and a half ago... I just checked, and the set is still available. I most def recommend picking it up, especially if you're a BE fan.
